    Description

    Absolutely beautiful black Swiss waist. Boned at every seam and fully lined in polished cotton. Edges are trimmed in lace and braid and waist laces up back in the period correct manner. Hidden draw string around neckline for additional fitting. Last two photos in listing show examples of original Swiss waists. Could also be used as a ball gown bodice.
    Tagged: An Original by Harriet A. Engler. Used but in excellent condition with no known flaws.
