PART REPLACEMENT.
It is in GOOD, pre-owned condition,
with no chips or cracks,
no major scratches or scuffs
although it has tarnish & rust on the outer lip of the wheel
but the tire is in very good condition.
Otherwise, this is a very nice item and works great.
It needs some air pumping, and some surface cleaning.
