Purple Cotton Civil War Era Camp/fancy day dress:
100% top quality Cotton - lined with tea-dyed muslin.
Sewn with love according to a period pattern.
Measurements:
Waist: 30.5"
Bust: 42"
Shoulder to top of waistband: 17.5"
Top of waistband to bottom of skirt: 39" + 7" hem
Armscye: 15"
Bottom of sleeve: 10.5"
Hem circumference: 126"
Beautiful purple dress features green velvet trim on the drop shoulder sleeves. Bodice has darts in the front and is gathered to the waistband in the back. Bodice front closes with hook & eye tape but features 9 small black buttons. Bodice is fully lined with tea-dyed muslin (100% Cotton). Skirt is gauged (cartridge pleated) onto the waistband. Skirt is large enough to be worn over a hoop skirt. Dress also has white cotton collar that can be removed for easy cleaning. A few of the pictures were taken with a hoop skirt - not included!
Dress is gently used in excellent condition.  No rips, tears, holes or stains.  Only worn a handful of times.  Gauging on the waistband was made a little loose in a few places (see photo).
Dress is perfect for Civil War reenacting, Victorian, Caroling, Prairie/Frontier or as a costume.
