1991 Christmas Madonna & Child Stamp Irv Pope First Day Cover Scott 2578 FDC. This cover has booklet stamp and the sheet stamp. The late Irv Pope lived in North Little Rock Arkansas. He was an artist that specialized in watercolors and clowns. He did cachets for me for 5 years before he moved out of state. About 85% of the watercolor cachets he did for me featured clowns.
