1974 - 1975 Chevy 350 cu. in. S/B Engine "Runs Excellent"

Description

This Chevy small block runs excellent and has absolutely no issues what so ever. I removed this running engine from a 69 Camaro I purchased. Do not know the history other than it has excellent power, no issues, no lopey idle and appears to have been rebuilt at some time not to long ago. Using direct oil pressure gauge, engine oil pressure is 45 PSI at idle and 75 PSI at 2000 RPM and above which is excellent. Engine also appears to have been lightly decked (common during a correct rebuild) however partial Vin and usage codes are still legible.
Info is as follows...
Vin number is 15Y156321. Usage code CMJ - can't read date or plant suffix. Engine block casting #3970014. Usage shows 1974 police with TH-400 auto transmission and 75 Chevelle with TH-350 and TH-400 auto transmission. This engine came in both 2 bolt and 4 bolt main configurations and I have not dis-assembled this engine to find out.
What I can tell you is it runs superb. Exactly what you see is what you will receive. Complete with water pump, fuel pump, distributor, 180 degree T-Stat and T-Stat housing. Recommend 600-750 CFM Holley or Edlebrock 4 BBL carburetor.
