Original Buick 455 motor out of a 71 Buick Riviera.......(not a GS).........
This motor is being sold as a core and will need to be rebuilt.  The motor will need a complete rebuild (block honed, heads rebuilt, etc.).  The motor does turn.  The motor will need additional parts that are not included (valve covers, carburetor, etc.).  We have not taken this motor apart and do not know the condition of the valves, pistons, crank......that being said, they may or may not need to be replaced, but will definitely need to be cleaned up.  Please review the photos provided for this listing to get an idea of the condition of this motor.  If you need to see any additional pictures, please message us.
