An original two fold TV guide/brochure announcing Channel 7's Fall prime time line-up for 1954, featuring a brand new show "Disneyland" With Walt Disney. Also included are some of the iconic shows of the time such as Ozzie and Harriet, Make Room for Daddy, Jack Owen's Show, plus wrestling and football. In addition there is a special ticket for a complimentary tour of the ABC-TV center in Hollywood, California (void after November 1st). Walt Disney first introduces the concept of Disneyland and the eventual unveiling on the Disneyland show (1954-1958) that will become Walt Disney Presents (1958-1961) to Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color (1961-1969) and so on. The brochure measures 8 1/2 inches by 11 inches unfolded and is in excellent condition. There is a very faint yellowing to the top and bottom edge to the front panel and some very light handling wear (please see photos). The corners are sharp and the ink still has gloss. This rare brochure from the golden age of television would make a fine addition to any Disneyland, Walt Disney or television collection.
