    Description

    Rare, partial set of United States Presidents Pinback Buttons, Made by the Los Angeles Badge & Novelty Co. in 1909.  Individually they are hard to find, as a set they are almost impossible to complete.  This partial set has 22 of the 25 buttons in the set, missing only Washington, Lincoln, and Andrew Johnson.  Each button is 1 1/4" in size, black and white, and pictures the president, and his term in office is shown.  As a collector and dealer in Political and non-political buttons for more than 50 years, I was totally unaware of this series of pins until recently, when I acquired this partial set, and saw that the buttons were made here in the Los Angeles area, where I have lived all my life!!!   If you collect buttons in sets, don't pass this one up.
